Job Description

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, including dining spaces and equipment.
  • Restock supplies such as condiments, napkins, and utensils to ensure smooth cafe operations.
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met according to Sodexo policies.
  • Assist with setting up, replenishing, and closing down the cafe service areas.
  • Support the team with other tasks as needed to maintain efficient operations.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous food service or customer service experience is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines is a plus.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks and manual labor as required.
