Temple Gardens Hotel & Spa is looking for a reliable Part‑Time Cafe Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide warm and attentive service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming environment and a positive dining experience.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Minimum age requirement: 19 years
• Previous experience in food and beverage service is an asset
• Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong problem‑solving abilities
• Positive and energetic attitude
• Must have Serve It Right certification
• Other certifications such as WHMIS and FOOD SAFE are considered assets
• STEC certification (Food and Beverage Server and/or Bartender) considered an asset

Duties

• Process food, beverage, and pool admission orders using the POS system
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of Morningsides Cafe and Pool Reception Area
• Handle pool program registrations accurately
• Perform accurate daily cash‑out procedures
• Open and/or close the Caf as scheduled
• Work flexible hours based on business needs
• Retrieve and return daily stock from the kitchen
• Support other departments on the 4th floor as required
• Track sales and inventory with precision
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Managers

Sat and Sun - 9am to 5:30pm
