POSITION OVERVIEW:The CADD Technologies program from Faculty of Science is currently seeking applications for 2 (two) NR2 instructors to teach 100% FTE, from Sep 1, 2025 until Aug 31, 2026.
The successful candidate will be required to teach in support of CADD Technology Diploma from the suite of courses related to the Architectural specialty.
The successful candidate must be willing and able to teach courses in-person, at the KPU Cloverdale campus, as well as blended (in-person and online) courses of the program.

QUALIFICATIONS:- Relevant Drafting/CADD related post-secondary Certificate and/or Diploma or equivalent
- More than 6 years relevant working experience in the field of Drafting and/or Design and/or construction of Single and or multi family residential buildings, commercial buildings
- Demonstrated experience in Architectural Drafting/Design, including residential and commercial buildings.
- Proficient in AutoCAD software and Revit Architecture.
- Working experience in creating and combining assemblies by Revit and other 3D sketch software for a residential, commercial or industrial building.
- Provincial Instructor's Diploma and/or teaching experience at the post secondary level will be preferred
- Solid communication skills (excellent command of the English language, both written and oral).

*SALARY INFORMATION:Placement on the salary scale will be dependent on level of education and relevant teaching experience. Advancement up the pay scale is based on FTE and employment status.
