Job summary

Oxford Frozen Foods Ltd. seeks a detail‑oriented Draftsperson to transform concepts into precise drawings and schematics. You’ll work with engineers to ensure accuracy, alignment with standards, and proper tolerances for manufacturing projects.

Responsibilities include 2D/3D drafting with AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks, coordinating with design leads, and updating drawings per changes. This role requires on-site work in a manufacturing environment and a related degree or certification.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, diploma, or technical certification in CAD/Drafting or related discipline.
• Proficiency with CAD software AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor or SolidWorks.
• Strong drafting conventions, GD&T, scaling, and spatial reasoning.
• Experience with 3D modeling or BIM workflows.
• Industry-specific drafting background in Architectural/Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Structural design.
• High attention to detail, math skills, and ability to read specs.
• Clear written and verbal communication with team members.
• Criminal Record Checks required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D layouts and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks.
• Coordinate with design leads, engineers, and PMs to resolve design ambiguities, tolerances, and material specs.
• Modify existing drawings based on change orders, site measurements, or feedback.
• Verify drawings comply with formatting, safety requirements, and local regulations.
• Organize and archive digital drawings, logs, and revision histories for access.
