Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. in Canada is seeking a Cabler Assembler to install and wire products of medium to high complexity according to strict client standards. You will participate in manufacturing power, control, cable, harness and panel products and perform quality assurance testing.

The role requires a DEP in cable and circuits, experience in a factory setting, and comfort with lifting up to 50 pounds. Strong manual dexterity, problem-solving, and reliability are essential to meet deadlines

Under the supervision of the complex assembly, the Cabler Assembler will perform the installation and wiring of a product of medium to high complexity and new technology according to the very strict standards of our customers and perform mechanical assembly tasks.

Role and responsibilities

• Participate in the manufacture of power, control, cable, harness and other panel products.
• Perform quality assurance testing.
• Install and connect all the electrical components of the products.
• Participate in mechanical assembly tasks.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• DEP assembly of cables and circuits or equivalent diploma.
• Experience in a manufacturing or equivalent environment.
• Competency in the use of various pneumatic and electric tools
• Positive attitude.
• Being able to lift metal pieces of 50 pounds.
• Ability to meet deadlines and align productivity with the organization's performance indicators and objectives.
• Adaptability, learning, and problem-solving skills.
• Good manual dexterity, meticulousness, and resourcefulness.
