Job summary

Innovair Solutions in Canada is seeking a CableSpecialist to drive adoption of our electric heat tracing, snow melting, and temperature maintenance solutions across the country. You will act as a technical expert and project influencer, working with consulting engineers, EPC firms, contractors, distributors, and end users to ensure our solutions are specified, installed, and commissioned successfully.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national specification growth strategy focused on industrial and heavy commercial applications.
• Build strategic relationships with consulting engineers, EPC firms, contractors and industrial owners.
• Identify, qualify, and advance projects from design through construction and commissioning.
• Influence specs, standards, and basis-of-design docs to position Innovair Solutions as preferred supplier.
• Serve as the technical expert for heat tracing, freeze protection, snowmelting, de-icing, and specialty cable heating solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations, product training, and specification development activities to engineers, contractors, distributors, and end users.
• Conduct project reviews, site assessments, and field visits to recommend efficient and cost-effective technical solutions.
• Provide technical and commercial support throughout the project lifecycle, including design, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of project opportunities while contributing to revenue and specification targets.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Estimating, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure successful project execution and long-term market growth.
