Job summary

Coulson Aviation is seeking an experienced C-130 Crew Chief to lead maintenance personnel and ensure safety, airworthiness, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness. The full-time role follows a rotational schedule across Canada with company-paid travel and no permanent relocation required.

You will supervise maintenance, perform final inspections under your Transport Canada AME licence, manage parts and inventory, and maintain a safe, professional environment while supporting aerial

Qualifications

• Must have Transport Canada AME licence, and relevant aircraft maintenance background.
• Experience leading aircraft-maintenance personnel in a heavy-maintenance/RO environment is required.
• Strong knowledge of Transport Canada regulations and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance personnel for the aircraft, providing direction and training.
• Ensure maintenance is performed safely and per regulations and approved data.
• Perform final inspections and sign maintenance releases.
• Review materials and ensure proper identification, control, and storage of parts.
• Coordinate parts provisioning, inventory, and work orders.
• Troubleshoot complex aircraft systems and oversee post-maintenance checks.
• Maintain records and calibrate tools and ground-support equipment.
• Promote a safe, organized, and professional maintenance environment.
