Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline.
  • SCMP, CPSM, CSCP, CPIM or equivalent certification preferred.
  • 3–6 years of procurement, sourcing, supplier management, manufacturing, or supply chain experience.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage purchase orders from requisition through delivery.
  • Monitor supplier performance and delivery commitments.
  • Manage strategic and critical supplier relationships.
  • Lead recovery efforts for shortage and delivery issues.
  • Analyze supplier performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Execute sourcing recommendations and commodity strategies.
  • Participate in supplier business reviews.
  • Mentor junior buyers and provide operational support.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support cost reduction and supply chain optimization efforts.
  • Lead complex RFQs and sourcing events under commodity management guidance.
