Job summary

Raise is seeking an Buyer / Expeditor in Saint-Laurent, Quebec (Hybrid) to manage purchase orders, supplier communications, and ERP data updates. The role supports procurement activities and ensures on-time delivery by maintaining accuracy in pricing and commitments.

The ideal candidate has 0–2 years in purchasing or supply chain, strong organization, and solid communication skills. A High School Diploma is required, with DEC in a related field and APICS/ASCM certification considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Create and release purchase orders.
• Obtain supplier acknowledgements and commitment dates.
• Maintain current expediting information.
• Follow up on late deliveries and past-due orders.
• Update ERP data including dates, quantities, pricing, and supplier commitments.
• Resolve receiving and invoice discrepancies.
• Escalate material shortages and supplier issues.
• Support RFQ activities and sourcing requests.
• Maintain compliance with approved suppliers, contracts, and pricing.

Principales responsabilités

• Créer et émettre les bons de commande.
• Obtenir les accusés de réception et les dates d'engagement des fournisseurs.
• Maintenir à jour les informations de suivi des commandes.
• Faire le suivi des livraisons en retard et des commandes impayées.
• Mettre à jour les données ERP, y compris les dates, les quantités, les prix et les engagements des fournisseurs.
• Résoudre les écarts de réception et de facturation.
• Signaler les pénuries de matériel et les problèmes liés aux fournisseurs.
• Fournir du soutien aux demandes de prix et aux demandes d'approvisionnement.
• Assurer la conformité avec les fournisseurs, les contrats et les prix approuvés.
