Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey
- Process new purchase orders received through online systems (MODP, MOSE), ensuring timely and accurate handling of TPM indirect product orders.
- Monitor and update purchase order confirmation dates based on vendor responses, including new confirmations or changes.
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm delivery dates, resolve discrepancies, and ensure alignment with order requirements.
- Verify that EDI-sent purchase orders are successfully transmitted and acknowledged by the system.
- Generate and distribute the Open Order Report for the Order Desk team to track outstanding orders.
- Produce the Open Requisition Report to identify pending or unprocessed requisitions and follow up as needed.
- Assist with invoice processing for the Motion division, identifying and resolving mismatches or exceptions.
- Propose and support initiatives to streamline procurement processes and improve data accuracy.
What it takes to Run what runs the world
- Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in Operations Management , Industrial Engineering , Supply Chain Management , or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel ; experience with Visio and PowerPoint is an asset.
- SAP knowledge or previous experience with ERP systems is considered an asset.
- Bilingual: French and English , both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
