Buyer – Temporary Contract

We are currently seeking a Buyer for a temporary contract role to support daily procurement operations for a regional team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and reviewing accurate procurement records and documentation in the ERP system
• Processing daily orders, including vehicle rentals, PPE, specialized tooling, and third-party services
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
• Supporting procurement reporting and data entry tasks as needed

Key skills and strengths include:

• Experience in sourcing and vendor management
• Accuracy in order details, including pricing, quantities, and delivery dates
• Understanding of logistics and financial aspects of procurement
• Critical thinking and investigative skills
• Negotiation and communication skills
