Job summary

CPM Holdings, Inc. is seeking a purchaser to support material planning and purchasing for an OEM of industrial process machinery. You will handle quotes, place purchase orders, and follow up with vendors.

Responsibilities include managing daily purchasing, creating POs, supplier sourcing and negotiations, and tracking pricing, delivery terms, and invoicing. Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred), Excel, Word.
• Ability to build and maintain working relationships with co-workers, customers, and vendors.
• Self-starter with a developed sense of urgency and diligence.

Job Summary:

The buyer will support material planning and purchasing functions for an OEM of industrial process machinery. Day to day activities include obtaining quotes, placing purchase orders, and following-up with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
