Job summary

Independent Grocers Alliance in Carignan, Quebec is seeking a dedicated butcher to join our in-store team. You will cut, present, and prepare meat products while upholding strict hygiene standards and customer service.

No previous butcher experience is required if you are eager to learn; we offer training courses to help you develop skills and advance within the store. A 40-hour work week with day shifts is available.

Qualifications

• Professional butchery degree or equivalent training.
• Experience in meat handling preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills on the job.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production of meat cuts and presentation to ensure quality while maintaining hygiene standards.
