Job summary

Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge in Jasper, Alberta, is seeking a Busperson to support our Food & Beverage team and set the stage for memorable dining experiences. You will provide professional, friendly service, help servers, and ensure stations and tables are properly set and reset.

We require previous customer service experience and a Pro Serve certificate. The role offers a wage of CAD 17.21 per hour, on-site work, and a range of staff perks including meals, accommodations assistance, and travel

What you will be doing:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Assist Food & Beverage Servers in all aspects of the dining experience

• Correctly deliver and present food items to guests
• Bus and re-set tables
• Perform opening, cleaning and closing duties

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous customer service experience required
