Job summary

Manulife Financial Corporation is seeking a professional to ensure Future Choice communications align with P&P standards and are fully vetted before implementation. The role bridges Business/Product design and P&P execution, reducing rework and enabling scalable outputs.

You will review, assess feasibility, promote standard templates, and advocate for digital-first design while preventing fragmentation and bottlenecks across production and vendor systems.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in print/mail production, communications, or document workflows.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end communication lifecycle (design > production > delivery).
• Experience with transformation initiatives or platform migrations (e.g., Future Choice / SmartComm) an asset.
