Job summary

Jobtailor in Canada seeks a Business Systems Analyst to bridge technology and business teams within the Sustainability Technology group. You will gather requirements, document processes, and support configuration and integrations across PLM, ERP, and SaaS platforms in an agile environment.

You will partner with Circularity, Sustainability, and Product Compliance teams, adapting to changing priorities, delivering working software, and enhancing systems for apparel, outdoor, and retail workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related education and/or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years as a Business Systems Analyst in agile projects involving PLM/ERP/SaaS or integrations.
• Experience with end-to-end system implementations: requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and change management.
• Clear communication with stakeholders at all levels and well-documented business processes and requirements.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Identify root causes and develop practical, scalable solutions.

Job description

As a Business Systems Analyst, you act as a conduit between technology teams and multiple business teams.
You support configuration and integration initiatives by eliciting and analyzing requirements, facilitating communication between technical and business stakeholders, and documenting business processes, systems, and integrations.
You are comfortable absorbing new and diverse information, adapting existing knowledge, and working in a changing, evolving environment to support successful delivery using an agile scrum methodology.
You are a critical thinker who enjoys diving into the details and understanding the "how" and "why," while balancing the need for working software over exhaustive documentation.
You will join the Sustainability Technology team, a collaborative group that partners closely with Circularity, Sustainability, and Product Compliance teams.

Requirements

• You have a Bachelor's degree or post-secondary education in business, information systems, or a related field, completion of a recognized Business Analysis program, and/or equivalent business experience
• You have 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting agile projects involving PLM, ERP, SaaS platforms, and/or system integrations
• You have experience supporting end-to-end system implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration support, testing, deployment, and change management
• You communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, clearly articulating and documenting business processes, systems, and requirements
• You have strong organization and prioritization skills while managing multiple, competing priorities, and tight deadlines
• You demonstrate strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a high bar for accuracy, detail, and quality of deliverables
• You proactively identify root causes and develop practical, scalable solutions
• You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
