Job summary

BeachHead Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to drive OTC derivatives and Colline implementations within a major financial client. The role focuses on requirements analysis, testing, and system integration across margining modules.

The successful candidate will lead data ingestion activities and oversee UAT and regression testing, with planning for cut-over and go-live deployments in a dynamic team environment. A strong capital markets background is essential.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of capital markets experience.
• Extensive OTC and Repo Margining knowledge.
• Experience with requirements analysis and user story development.
• Experience in system testing and data ingestion.
• Familiarity with Colline and its integration.

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a BusinessSystems Analyst -OTC Derivatives /Colline. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to critical projects involving OTC and Repo Margining modules, with a focus on system analysis, testing, and integration within a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze features of new vendor modules for USTC program margining of sponsored clients.
• Lead Colline upgrade to incorporate new modules.
• Assess required changes to the existing CMOS system and its integration upstream and downstream.
• Conduct requirements analysis, write user stories, and perform system testing.
• Manage data ingestion and publication requirements.
• Lead UAT testing for new modules and regression testing of existing functionality.
• Plan cut-over activities and prepare for go-live deployment.

Desired Skill-Set

• Extensive experience in OTC and Repo Margining modules.
• Strong background in requirements analysis, user story development, and system testing.
• Proficiency in data ingestion processes.
• Experience with UAT and regression testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of vendor software Colline and its integration with infrastructure.
• 14+ years of capital markets experience, including OTC derivatives, trade lifecycle, and collateral management.

Nice to Have

• Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and Python.
• Familiarity with risk methodologies related to capital markets.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a financial services environment.
