Det’on Cho Management LP in Yellowknife is seeking a Business Analyst to optimize internal systems and processes. You will administer NetSuite and ADP Workforce Now, document requirements, and partner with stakeholders to enable automation, better controls, and data access.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, systems administration, finance/accounting systems, or related role.
• Diploma or degree in Business Technology, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Ability to learn, configure & troubleshoot business applications.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills; dashboards/data visualizations are an asset.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with business users to identify problems and improve processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Yellowknives Dene language/culture is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems administration and configuration for key business systems.
• Document requirements, analyze processes and design improved workflows.
• Support system integration, testing, training and continuous improvement.
• Develop recurring management reporting and dashboards.
• Coordinate with vendors/technical resources for support and enhancements.
