Job summary

Genpact seeks a Business Systems Analyst – FNZ to drive business and system requirements for FNZ platform initiatives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. You will elicit, document, and manage complex requirements across wealth and investment domains.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, participate in data mapping, and contribute to multi-disciplinary transformation programs, leveraging Agile, SDLC, and modern tooling to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on FNZ platform experience.
• Domain expertise in Wealth/Asset/Investment Management, Retirement/Capital Markets.
• Ability to elicit, document, and manage complex business and system requirements.
• Experience with FNZ implementations, enhancements, migrations, integrations, or transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of business process modelling and requirements methodologies.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Process Flows, Use Cases, Data Mapping Documents.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
• Knowledge of SDLC and testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering and documentation across FNZ programs.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to design solutions for wealth/asset management processes.
• Map data flows and system interfaces to support transformations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and governance bodies to ensure alignment with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or Functional Consultant.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on FNZ platform experience.
• Strong domain expertise in Wealth Management, Asset Management, Investment Management, Retirement Services, or Capital Markets.
• Proven ability to elicit, document, and manage complex business and system requirements.
• Experience working on FNZ implementations, enhancements, migrations, integrations, or transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of business process modelling and requirements management methodologies.
• Experience creating:
• Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
• Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs)
• User Stories
• Process Flows
• Use Cases
• Data Mapping Documents
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• End-to-end FNZ implementation experience.
• Experience with onboarding, investment operations, portfolio management, trading, custody, or wealth administration platforms.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within financial services.
• Experience working with large‑scale transformation and modernization programs.
• Exposure to data migration and system integration initiatives.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSM, CSPO, or equivalent.
