Required Skills :

  • College diploma or university degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent.
  • Good years of Business Systems Analyst experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on consumer credit card management and collections / recovery strategies
  • Proficiency across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and product lifecycle.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
  • Strong solutioning skills with TSYS options and vendor ecosystems.
  • In-depth experience with TSYS TS2 and related systems (Issuer and Network), including setup and configuration for : Terms Products & features; Family card; Statements; Rewards; Card management; Authorizations; TRIAD; Collections; AACE or ADM

Roles and responsibilities :

  • Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements in partnership with IT and business stakeholders.
  • Lead end-to-end business analysis for credit card initiatives, including collections and delinquency management.
  • Prepare detailed functional documentation, user stories, use cases, and workflows.
  • Oversee quality assurance testing and participate in UAT phases to ensure solution alignment with business goals.
  • Develop data mappings, conduct integration testing, and support defect triage.
  • Build deep expertise in application interdependence and downstream impacts.
  • Partner with vendors and internal teams to deliver seamless, integrated solutions using TSYS modules.
  • Influence solution design with a focus on compliance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Review and contribute to project plans, charters, cost-benefit analyses, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Support business recovery planning, system security reviews, and post-implementation evaluations.
  • Provide documentation, training, and post-launch support to users and stakeholders.
  • Communicate project updates and escalate risks or issues effectively to management.
