Procom is recruiting on behalf of a banking client for a six-month contract in Toronto, with a hybrid work model requiring three days onsite per week. The Business Systems Analyst, Capital Markets, will drive derivatives and FX services strategy, lead change initiatives, and manage plans, risks and stakeholder alignment while ensuring regulatory compliance and data quality.

• Eight years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Strong capital markets product, operations, and market infrastructure knowledge.
• Knowledge of derivatives, FX, money market, and transaction lifecycle processes.
• Ability to build partnerships across Front Office, Operations, Technology, and Risk.
• Focus on risk management, controls, regulatory compliance, and data quality.

Business Systems Analyst, Capital Markets

Procom is recruiting on behalf of a banking client for a six-month contract role, with the possibility of extension. The hybrid position requires three days per week onsite at the client’s Toronto office.

Responsibilities

• Drive Derivatives and FX Services strategy through delivery governance and control execution.
• Lead business and operational change initiatives from scoping through implementation.
• Manage project plans, dependencies, risks, budgets, and stakeholder alignment.
• Deliver operational improvements and support business and operational readiness through communications, training, process updates, and transition planning.

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada (hybrid; three days onsite per week)

Term: Six-month contract, with possible extension
