ICBC in North Vancouver, BC seeks a Business Systems Analyst to support Enhanced Care and Claims Sustainment releases across Claims systems. You will gather requirements, document solutions, assist with testing, and ensure changes meet business needs.
The role collaborates with the Enhanced Care team, provides production support, and coordinates with Product Owners to align stakeholders. Hybrid work accommodates in-office and remote days within British Columbia.

IS Claims Enhanced Care is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support the delivery of Enhanced Care and Claims Sustainment releases for ICBC's Claims systems. In this role, you will perform business systems analysis, gather and document requirements, support solution design, participate in testing, and help ensure solutions meet business and operational needs.
The IS Claims Enhanced Care team is responsible for delivering Enhanced Care and Claims Sustainment releases, as well as providing production support and incident management for Claims applications.
