Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support Well Delivery operations in Calgary, focusing on WellView, SiteView, Peloton integrations and application governance.

You will work with business teams, IT, and vendors to improve performance, data quality, and user adoption while driving process improvements and change management. This role is based in Calgary and offers strong benefits and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Petroleum Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analysis, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of oil and gas industry experience.
• Direct experience supporting WellView and SiteView applications.
• Experience with Peloton WellView, SiteView, and Allez systems.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Application Support & System Administration: Serve as the primary support resource for WellView, SiteView, and related applications; configure, maintain, and optimize functionality; troubleshoot issues and support governance.
• Business Analysis & Process Improvement: Gather, document, and validate requirements; facilitate workshops; drive process optimization and change management.
• Testing & User Enablement: Coordinate testing, develop user materials, provide day-to-day user support, promote best practices.

Adecco is currently hiring a Business Systems Analyst to support Well Delivery operations through the administration, optimization, and support of WellView, SiteView, and Peloton applications.

Working closely with business teams, IT, and application vendors, you will help drive system performance, data quality, user adoption, and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities:

Application Support & System Administration

• Serve as the primary support resource for WellView, SiteView, and related applications.

• Configure, maintain, and optimize application functionality and system performance.

• Troubleshoot issues, coordinate resolutions, and support system enhancements.

• Monitor integrations, data quality, and application governance processes.

Business Analysis & Process Improvement

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements.

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to define solutions and improve processes.

• Support business process optimization initiatives within the Well Delivery function.

• Lead change management activities and support user adoption.

Testing & User Enablement

• Coordinate system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Develop user support materials, training resources, and documentation.

• Provide technical guidance and day-to-day support to business users.

• Promote best practices in application usage and data management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Post-secondary education in Petroleum Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analysis, or a related discipline.
