Job summary

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of oil & gas experience, post-secondary education in petroleum/CS/BA, and strong facilitation and change-management skills to lead stakeholder discussions and drive results.

Qualifications

• Education in petroleum, CS, BA or equivalent.
• 10+ years oil and gas experience.
• Hands-on with WellView and SiteView.
• BA skills: requirements gathering, validation, testing, facilitation, change management, modeling.
• Experience with system administration, governance, and data management across Peloton Allez, WellView, and SiteView.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide system administration, configuration, and user enablement for WellView and SiteView.
• Lead governance and data management activities for Well Delivery processes.

Job description

We are looking for a Business Solutions Analyst for a 6-month contract position, with possible extensions in Calgary, Alberta. Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

This position is 100% onsite in downtown Calgary. 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week. It is NOT a remote role.

Role Description

This role focuses on system administration, configuration, support, governance, and user enablement for WellView and SiteView, as well as business process optimization for Well Delivery. The position works closely with business users, IT teams, and application vendors to provide technical support, implement effective solutions, and improve application and data performance.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical, with strong behavioral competencies and experience in change management, system support, and well data. Advanced facilitation skills are required to lead meetings, align diverse stakeholder groups, and drive results.

Required Skills and Experience

• Relevant post-secondary education in petroleum, computer science, business analysis, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 10 years of progressive oil and gas experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Specific experience supporting WellView and SiteView applications.
• Advanced business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, validation, testing, facilitation, change management, and process modeling.
• Experience with system administration, governance, application support, and data management across Peloton Allez, WellView, and SiteView.
• Ability to manage application deliverables, including troubleshooting and issue resolution, optimization, configuration, system quality assurance testing, user acceptance testing coordination, and integration monitoring.
• Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, customer service orientation, and interpersonal skills.
