Job summary

Magellan Aerospace Corporation in Winnipeg, Canada is seeking a full-time software engineer to design and implement both backend and frontend features. You will work across C#/.NET, React or Vue.js, Tailwind CSS, and SQL Server to build scalable applications.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Backend Engineering: Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend logic, RESTful APIs, and services using C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Frontend Development: Build dynamic, highly interactive SPAs using React.js or Vue.js.
• UI/UX Implementation: Craft clean, accessible, and responsive interfaces with Tailwind, Bootstrap and modern CSS.
• Database Management: Optimize SQL queries, procedures, and schemas in MS SQL Server.
• Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and improve speed across the stack.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with project owners and our internal development team to ensure on-time delivery.

Position Summary

• Backend Engineering: Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend logic, RESTful APIs, and services using C# and the .NET ecosystem
• Frontend Development: Build dynamic, highly interactive single-page applications (SPAs) using React.js or Vue.js
• UI/UX Implementation: Craft clean, accessible, and responsive user interfaces with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, and modern CSS practices
• Database Management: Author optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and schemas within Microsoft SQL Server while maintaining data integrity
• Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and debug code across the entire application stack to maximize speed and scalability
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with project owners and our internal development team to ensure on-time project delivery
