You will provide end-user training and support for a variety of business applications. Responsibilities

1. Provide business application support and problem resolution for end-users.
2. Collaborate with all departments to ensure application systems meet business needs.
3. Work with internal and external teams to customize and configure systems.
4. Create and deliver training to end-users.
5. Assist with application updates, maintenance, documentation, and monitoring.
6. Manage and participate in IT projects as assigned.

Requirements

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong information-seeking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
3. Up-to-date skills and knowledge of business applications.
4. 2+ years of relevant IT experience with tech support of business applications or on a Help Desk.
5. 2+ years’ experience with CRM or ERP solutions, particularly in heavy equipment, auto dealership sales, or sales administration.
6. Certifications or experience with IT Service Management, Project Management, CRM solutions, or Business Information Systems are assets.
7. Valid driver’s license.
8. Willingness to travel to remote store locations and provide support outside of standard business hours as needed.
