Iris Software Inc. in Toronto is seeking a Sr Business System Analyst with Broadridge experience for a long-term, hybrid role. You will collaborate with a financial services client delivery team to translate business needs into effective technology solutions.

The role emphasizes Capital Markets middle/back office processes, data extraction, and comprehensive documentation, with exposure to Broadridge BPS/IMPACT/GLOSS and Agile product delivery.

Formación

• 5-8 years of Capital Markets experience in Middle Office and Back Office roles.
• Hands-on experience with FSD and Solution Documentation.
• Hands-on experience with data extraction and analysis using RDBMS and/or non-RDBMS queries.
• Experience with Agile sprint ceremonies and Waterfall methodology.
• Knowledge of Broadridge Back Office application: BPS / IMPACT, and/or GLOSS.
• Experience working within Agile product delivery teams and product operating models.
• Demonstrated product mindset with the ability to balance customer needs, business outcomes, and technology considerations.

Position: Sr Business System Analyst (Broadridge Experience is required)

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid Position)

Duration: Long Term Position /Open Ended SOW (12+ Months)

Must have:

• 5-8 years of Capital Markets experience in Middle Office and Back Office roles.
• Hands-on experience with FSD and Solution Documentation.
• Hands-on experience with data extraction and analysis using RDBMS and/or non-RDBMS queries.
• Experience with Agile sprint ceremonies and Waterfall methodology.
