Job summary

Iris Software Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a Capital Markets program based in Toronto. This hybrid role combines on-site collaboration with remote work flexibility four days a week in the office.

You will lead end-to-end project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage data migration aspects within a banking domain. The ideal candidate has experience in system migrations, enterprise client engagements, and governance for large-scale financial services initiatives.

Qualifications

• End-to-end planning and delivery of projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, manage risks and dependencies, and drive timely decision-making.
• Provide regular status reporting, track progress against milestones, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Manage 1-2 project work streams reporting into a Program Manager.
• Experience in a system migration project, with data migration, data mapping understanding.
• Experience working with enterprise end clients.

Our client is a Canadian multinational financial services company and the largest bank in Canada by market capitalization.
