Job summary

Apptoza Inc. is seeking a data/API professional to analyze API ecosystems and data flow architectures. You will map data from domain sources through downstream processes, including ETL and real-time streaming, while aligning with EDW structures and security controls.

The role requires hands-on API experience across REST, SOAP, and GraphQL, plus documenting business rules and transformations for downstream delivery. Join a team focused on scalable data integration and secure access.

• Familiarity with EDW structures and table access protocols.
• Hands-on knowledge of APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL).
• Skill in identifying and documenting business rules, data transformations, and enrichment processes.
• Experience mapping current-state business logic and data requirements for action execution.
• Understanding of API authentication schemes (OAuth, API keys, JWT) and their impact on data access.

• Proven experience in API discovery, documentation, and lifecycle management.
• Ability to analyze data flow architectures, including how domain sources transmit data downstream (e.g., batch files , ETL processes, real-time streaming).
• Familiarity with EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse) structures and table access protocols.
• Hands‑on knowledge of APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) .
• Skill in identifying and documenting business rules, data transformations, and enrichment processes applied to datasets before downstream delivery.
• Experience mapping current-state business logic (e.g., fee reversal recommendations) and associated data requirements for action execution.
• Authentication & Security Knowledge
• Understanding of API authentication schemes (OAuth, API keys, JWT, etc.) and their impact on data access/integration.
