Business System Analyst (Permanent)

What You'll Be Doing

• Champion technical change and contribute to planning, development, and implementation of digital solutions.
• Bridge the gap between IT and operations by collaborating with supply chain and retail teams.
• Support enterprise-wide systems and help drive operational efficiency through data and technology.
• Lead and coordinate enhancements to business applications, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
• Analyze business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to guide performance and decision-making.
• Recommend new tools and systems aligned with business goals.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables with strong attention to detail.
  
  

What You Bring:

• A diploma or degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role within an enterprise environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik).
• Experience working with retail systems and operations is a strong asset.
• Knowledge of relational databases and enterprise application architecture.
• A proven track record in business analysis, problem-solving, and project delivery.
• Understanding of retail technologies such as inventory planning, merchandising, supply chain tools, and retail analytics.
