Our client is seeking a Business Solution Analyst to support the successful delivery of technology products through effective requirements gathering, documentation, and quality assurance. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping define, prioritize, and validate features and functionality across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, define, and document business and user requirements for custom or vendor software solutions.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframes, and related documentation.
• Facilitate design thinking sessions and user feedback to guide solution development.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with project leadership.
• Lead testing and QA activities, coordinating with offshore QA teams to ensure product quality.
• Support planning and execution of user acceptance testing.
• Assist with project scope, timeline tracking, and status reporting.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a business analyst or solution analyst in software delivery projects.
