Join their team as a Business Solutions Analyst!

In this position, you will lead the analytics consulting process, helping clients connect unprocessed data to actionable insights. You will work directly with clients to gather requirements, manage projects, and ensure the delivery of solutions such as Power BI dashboards and web apps on time and within budget.

This role offers a significant client-facing opportunity, allowing you to enhance your analytics skills through cross-functional collaboration.

What will you be doing?

• Managing projects for customized data solutions (Power BI dashboards, web apps, APIs, etc.)
• Gathering and analyzing requirements, documenting processes
• Conducting client interviews, providing project updates, and generating reports
• Presenting solutions confidently to clients and facilitating Q&A sessions
• Performing cost-benefit analyses balancing client requests with budgets
• Collaborating with UI/UX designers, database, and software developers to define scope and deliverables
• Facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Providing ongoing support to clients

What we’re looking for…

• Post-secondary education in business, computer science, or engineering
• 2+ years of professional experience, preferably client-facing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical thinking and insightful questioning abilities
