As a critical part of our Customer Operations team, you'll deliver world-class service, maintain customer relationships, and handle inquiries, technical assistance, orders, and account management to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Installation, maintenance, and repair of services for business customers, including key and PBX equipment. Includes employees designated as SMC.

Qualifications
  • Successful completion of an electrical/electronic engineering or computer technology program, or a university science degree in engineering, computers, or related fields.
  • OR a 2-3 year Certificate/Diploma in an IT program.
  • OR current valid IT industry network certification (e.g., CISCO, Nortel, Microsoft).
Physical Requirements
  • Climb poles daily using ladders and tools.
  • Lift objects up to 50 lbs, occasionally up to 100 lbs.
  • Good color vision and ability to work aloft.
Skills and Knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency with Outlook, MSN, Intranet/Internet, Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity.
Additional Requirements
  • Basic Offshore Survival training where required.
  • Ability to fly to remote locations and oil rigs, travel in various weather conditions.
  • Valid Driver's License.

Bilingualism in English and French is required.
