Qualifications

• 5+ years of meaningful management experience in a dynamic, customer-relationship focused environment.
• Proven track record of identifying, hiring, onboarding, and developing top talent.
• Strong leadership, accountability, and coaching skills.
• Ability to build trusted partnerships with Costco management and warehouse leadership.
• Comfortable addressing challenges directly and making difficult decisions when needed.
