Who We're Looking For

As a Business Sales Consultant , you'll be responsible for driving sales of our services to small and medium businesses within your region. You will be a trusted partner for local business owners, helping them understand how technology can improve their operations and transform the way they connect with their customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and sell our full suite of products to small and medium businesses.
  • Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with business owners, managers, and IT decision-makers through personal contact and outstanding customer service.
  • Identify and analyze clients’ business requirements, propose solutions, negotiate, and close new business revenue.
  • Meet or exceed sales objectives for Rogers Business services, both contracted and uncontracted.
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales commitments reflecting all opportunities.
  • Promote Rogers positively and professionally.
  • Perform other duties as required.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong skills in cold calling, door knocking, and prospecting for new business.
  • Experience in face-to-face customer meetings, with presentation and meeting management skills.
  • B2B selling experience within the SMB market, especially in telecommunications or technical fields.
  • Excellent time management to handle multiple priorities and meet sales targets.
  • Strong digital literacy, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Own vehicle and valid driver’s license.
  • Telecommunications experience is an asset.
  • Post-secondary education in business, commerce, or related technical field is an asset.

This is a hybrid position requiring at least three days in the field or office weekly, with flexible scheduling.

If selected, the process includes a 15-minute phone screen and a 1-hour interview with the hiring manager. A pre-employment background check, credit check, and driver’s abstract may be required.
