Job summary

Infasco, a North American leader in steel fastener manufacturing, is seeking a Business Process Owner – Source to Pay for its D365 implementation in Marieville. You will lead end-to-end S2P process design, standardization and governance, collaborating with procurement, supplier management, receiving, accounts payable and IT to ensure efficiency and compliance throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the D365 implementation, the Business Process Owner is responsible for designing, standardizing, optimizing and governing the Source to Pay (S2P) process across the organization.

As the functional lead for the process, you will ensure alignment across procurement, supplier management, receiving, accounts payable and payment activities. You will work with Operations, Maintenance, Inventory Management, Finance and Information Technology teams to ensure end-to-end process efficiency, compliance and performance.

• Oversee S2P process governance, standardization and continuous improvement in collaboration with stakeholders.


• Analyze current practices, identify gaps against target processes and propose practical solutions aligned with project objectives.


• Define and document target processes, procedures and business rules, and keep this documentation up to date.


• Represent business needs within the D365 project teams and ensure solutions align with operational requirements.


• Validate functional requirements, participate in testing and approve solutions in accordance with project responsibilities and governance structures.


• Ensure integration across procurement, supplier management, receiving, accounts payable and payment activities.


• Support data quality and the preparation of S2P data conversion, migration and validation activities.


• Define and monitor process performance indicators and recommend improvements as needed.


• Support change management and operational readiness through communication, user training and post-implementation support.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Source to Pay processes, including supplier management, purchasing, receiving, accounts payable and payments.


• Ability to analyze, document, standardize and improve end-to-end business processes.


• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, ideally D365, and a good understanding of approval workflows, internal controls and data quality considerations.


• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and positively influence stakeholders without direct reporting authority.


• Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, a results-oriented approach and the ability to explain functional concepts clearly to different users.


• Proficiency in French and English is a significant asset for contributing to documentation and workshops and collaborating with internal and external teams in Canada and the United States.

Education and Experience

• College diploma or university degree in a relevant field, such as procurement, supply chain management, business administration, finance, operations or a related discipline.


• Relevant experience in procurement, accounts payable, finance, operations, continuous improvement or ERP implementation.


• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or another ERP system is an asset.


• Experience in process documentation, user training, functional testing, change management or continuous improvement is an asset.
