The Business Operations Specialist is responsible for leading the management of core business processes that support Ipsen Canada employees in the planning and implementation of compliant physician interactions. The primary area of focus is actively supporting interactions that have stringent documentation and approval requirements. The bulk of this activity is associated with local Activity Briefs for OLA’s, Conference Sponsorships, Advisory Boards, Preceptorships, Practicums and Consultancy Meetings. In addition, the role is accountable for working collaboratively with their Business Operations partner in addition to, Sales teams, Stakeholder Relations Managers, Marketing teams and external partners to support the ongoing management of Ipsen Canada business processes for: Promotional material inventory storage, distribution, and destruction National Business Meeting planning & implementation Global/Local Congress Management This position is integral as a key member of the COET, contributing to the identification of areas of improvements and updating, communicating, training and reinforcing business guidance aligned to ongoing policy and business. This position is also integral in maintaining and tracking activities to ensure audit readiness related to physician interactions and the management of promotional materials.
