Job Description

As a Business Operations Specialist at Nokia, your core mission is to ensure Software License Key deliveries to end customers are developed, supported, and delivered on time to enable the sales of Nokia Network Infrastructure Software products. You work closely with the Product Teams to understand their business and commercial offerings to design, implement, and test License Key creation and delivery in sync with the product deliverables. You develop standard reports and enhanced reporting capabilities of Software deliveries that product management, business operations, and business development teams use to measure success, determine strategic investment, and develop directed marketing campaigns. This role directly supports Nokia's broader mission of driving technological leadership and innovation, ultimately contributing to a more secure, sustainable, and connected world.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
  • Maintain the ASLM (software license manager) system when new products and/or releases need to be added
  • Perform UAT for upgraded/updated software delivery and licensing systems
  • Assist with analysing software usage by our customers
  • Collaborate with Business Operations managers, BG/PG testers and users to refine software delivery process requirements and best practices
  • Create or update automated reporting for software delivery via various delivery systems
  • Work in a collaborative and interactive team-based environment
Key Skills And Experience
  • Three to five years’ experience in software development, testing, and delivery
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, computer systems engineering, data analytics, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid programming skills, preferably Java but Python or other object-oriented languages would be acceptable
  • Experience working with Excel and other data management tools at a master level
  • Aptitude for learning new technologies and tools
  • Good presentation skills to “sell” your proposed solutions to team members and management
It would be nice if you also had:
  • Previous Business Operations experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and KNIME/Tableau/R/Alteryx or similar tools
  • Familiarity with database access via APIs
  • Knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLM)
