We are a growing boutique family law firm looking for an experienced, Business Operations Manager to work closely with the firm's partners and take a leadership role in the day-to-day management and operations of the practice.
This is a hands-on, senior position for someone who can manage people, solve problems, improve systems and simply make things happen.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm.
Meet regularly with lawyers and law clerks to review files, workflow and priorities.
Lead hiring, onboarding, performance management and team development.
Involvement with day to day and high level HR
Identify problems and implement practical solutions.
oversee marketing, business development and client experience.
Manage projects, systems and outside vendors.
Take ownership of both the big-picture initiatives and the small details that keep the firm running well.
We are looking for someone with significant professional experience, excellent judgment and strong leadership skills who can earn the respect of experienced lawyers and staff.
A family law lawyer with management experience would be ideal. Experience managing a law firm or other professional-services organization would also be highly valuable.
