Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline.
• Two years full-time work experience in the business sector, or 10+ years business management experience.
• Proficient in LMS usage (Moodle, Kahoot) and productivity tools (MS Office, Google Workspace).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures, workshops, and practical sessions in business management topics.
• Integrate industry trends, technologies, guest speakers, site visits, and case studies into learning.
• Develop curriculum materials, assessments, and lesson plans aligned with industry standards.
• Support students applying business concepts to real-life contexts and guide professional growth.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Create a supportive, inclusive learning environment focused on student success.
• Collaborate with colleagues and the Program Manager to enhance program quality and impact.
