  • Manage relationships with technology vendors and know when to leverage vendor and consultant expertise.
  • Identify opportunities to improve automation, data architecture, and the overall efficiency of the data environment.
Business Intelligence & Reporting
  • Own the development and ongoing administration of Qlik Sense, including dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and reporting.
  • Develop standardized reporting across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Leadership.
  • Pull data from multiple systems and turn it into meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Analyze business performance and identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring further investigation.
  • Ensure the business is reporting on the right information and that KPIs accurately reflect business performance.
  • Present dashboards, reporting, and insights to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Support both recurring reporting requirements and ad hoc analytical requests.
Data Strategy & Business Partnership
  • Work directly with stakeholders across multiple business units to understand their reporting and analytics needs.
  • Help establish a more structured and scalable approach to how business data is organized and managed.
  • Act as a key resource in developing the organization's data and reporting strategy.
  • Evaluate opportunities to leverage automation, AI, and emerging technologies to improve reporting and decision-making.
  • Support data initiatives involving additional sources and platforms, including potential integrations with Amazon and Shopify.
  • Balance ongoing reporting needs with longer-term data improvement and implementation projects.
What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Management, or a similar role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Qlik Sense is required.
  • Strong SQL and data analysis capabilities.
  • Experience working with data warehouses, integrations, and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Experience with Snowflake is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Fivetran, Census, and/or Veeva CRM is an asset.
  • Power BI experience is an asset, particularly as the organization continues to evaluate its future BI strategy.
  • Strong understanding of data organization, data quality, governance, and scalable data practices.
  • Ability to investigate data discrepancies and troubleshoot issues across multiple systems.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to identify the key insights and business drivers within data.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with external technology vendors and consultants is an asset.
