Job description

Business Intelligence Analyst

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex data to drive business decisions, developing and maintaining robust data reporting tools, and leveraging their expertise in the Power Platform, Office 365 suite, Azure Databricks, SQL, Python, and innovative thinking to foster growth and innovation within our organization.

Position Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze large and complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights for informed business decisions.
  2. Develop and maintain data reporting tools, dashboards, and visualizations that provide accurate and timely insights to stakeholders.
  3. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, building strong relationships across the organization.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide actionable insights to help them achieve their objectives.
  5. Utilize Gen AI to optimize business processes and solve complex problems.
  6. Stay current with the latest data analytics technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously improve our data analytics processes.
  7. Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
  8. Develop and manage Power BI reports and dashboards.
  9. Automate business processes and create custom applications using Power Apps.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited university.
  2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in business intelligence analysis or a related field.
  3. Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power BI, Office 365 suite, SQL, and data visualization tools.

  1. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
