The OpportunityJOB DESCRIPTIONReporting to the Supervisor, Reporting Analytics - Budgeting & Planning Support team, this position works with customers in Finance and other departments to identify and implement reporting and planning solutions. The Business Intelligence Analyst (BIA) provides business analysis, supports and enhances a portfolio of reporting and planning solutions, and manages relationships with customers and stakeholders for those solutions. The BIA acts as an agent of change, applying a disciplined approach to facilitate change.

Key Accountabilities- Develop relationships with users to address their needs and issues
- Support and enhance planning and reporting solutions, including integrations, and provide application support to North American and international offices
- Design and deliver datasets and data models
- Create visualizations and dashboards using PowerBI+ and Excel with the Analyze plug-in
- Configure Budgeting and Planning Systems, build workflows, create/update dimensionalities, configure input forms, design datasets for planning, generate financial dashboards/reports, and coordinate testing
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in daily reporting solutions
What You Bring To The Role- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, Financial Accounting, or Data Analytics
- Experience supporting accounting or finance systems
- Proficiency with SQL and database query tools such as Microsoft Access or SQL+
- Strong communication skills to gather requirements and explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Self-starter with a continuous learning mindset, exploring emerging technologies and best practices
- Experience supporting Oracle EPM, Budgeting and Planning solutions, Microsoft Synapse, Power BI+, T-SQL, DAX is an asset
