Qualifications
  • Undergraduate Degree, preferably in Engineering or Business Administration
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments in a demanding environment
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing skills at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to analyze problems and make recommendations for improvements
  • Previous training in Lean, Six Sigma, and project management experience considered an asset
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define improvement initiatives in alignment with strategic goals and drive sustainable growth.
  • Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead process improvement and innovation initiatives to drive improvement in safety, financial performance, operational efficiency, and employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement visual controls and standard work procedures.
  • Support the business in developing and key performance indicators and monitoring their effectiveness.
  • Stay up to date on modern tools and technologies to drive transformational changes in business.
