We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to oversee the daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of fitness trainers and front desk staff.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the gym, including facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, and inventory management.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and address member inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
• Promote gym memberships, special programs, and events to drive membership sales and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and oversee safety protocols and cleaning procedures.

Compensation

$55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year.
