The General Manager will oversee daily operations, drive sales, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead the management team and staff.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing all aspects of daily operations under the Regional Manager's guidance
• Ensuring excellent customer service and staff supervision
• Monitoring sales and financial records
• Staff recruitment, training, and performance management
• Overseeing inventory, orders, and vendor relations
• Handling customer feedback and reviews
• Planning promotions and marketing initiatives
• Managing payroll and employee schedules

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years hospitality experience
• At least 2 years managerial or supervisory experience in hospitality
• Experience supervising 15+ employees
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid Driver's License
