Role Overview

This is a full-time salaried management position reporting directly to the GM. As the Assistant General Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of the business, including sales growth, cost control, standards adherence, team development, and maintenance. The primary goals are profitable growth in guest counts and staff retention. You will also promote ongoing learning among the service team via our online system.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary: $65,000 - $70,000
• AGM Bonus Incentive: $8,000 annually, paid quarterly
