Job Details

St. Louis is seeking a qualified General Manager for its Charlottetown location. We are looking for a dynamic, outgoing leader who wants to provide Extraordinary Hospitality to our guests every day! Our focus on team building means we need a strong leader who can coach and develop team members.

1. Responsibilities:
   • Set an example for Extraordinary Hospitality and train staff accordingly.
   • Ensure compliance with brand standards and operational policies.
   • Lead pre-shift meetings to set performance expectations.
   • Oversee operational excellence.
   • Greet guests and ensure exceeding guest expectations.
   • Drive sales and excitement for menu items and promotions.
   • Manage daily restaurant operations and team members.
   • Manage software applications related to sales, inventory, and guest experience.
2. Qualifications:
   • Experience in hospitality management in a high-volume, fast-paced full-service restaurant.
   • Passion and energy for hospitality.
   • Strong communication skills and ability to build respectful relationships.
