Magnolia Medical Technologies is expanding our Commercial Sales team and hiring a Business Director for the TN, AL, MS, Southeast territory, based out of Nashville, TN. The Business Director is crucial to our success, leveraging their expertise to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and improve patient outcomes.

Role Responsibilities

The Business Director will utilize medical device sales experience to promote Magnolia’s products and market positioning of the ISDD, focusing on data collection, solutions, and emerging technologies. Responsibilities include :

  • Driving revenue growth through new account acquisition and pipeline management.
  • Developing and executing strategic business plans for territory expansion.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital executives and clinical champions.
  • Partnering with the Territory Account Management team for customer transition and success.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and supporting channel partner activities.

Content Mastery & Skills

  • Engaging in ongoing training on product value propositions.
  • Conducting stakeholder meetings to demonstrate clinical and economic benefits.
  • Maintaining mastery of content and collaborating on business initiatives.
  • Adhering to sales processes and CRM management.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing preferred.
  • 5+ years of successful medical device sales and account management experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
