You will be part of a growing team that will be the driving force of RCM’s ambitious growth plan aligned with its strategic directions.
Business Development Representatives (BDRs) plays a key role in generating new business opportunities across RCM Learning Systems portfolio—including the RCM Certificate Program, Smart Start early childhood education, and RCM publications.
This role is responsible for identifying, researching, and qualifying prospective partners such as music teachers, studios, schools, early learning centres, and music retailers. The BDR contributes to revenue growth by building the top of the sales funnel, engaging qualified leads, and booking discovery meetings for Account Executives, and engaging with existing RCM Certificate Program clients.
